Here are our kitchen cooking details Jaynie

  1. Freshly cooked everyday
  2. Veggies 3 days a week
  3. White meat 2 days a week
  4. Red meat once a week
  5. Fast food only once a week
    plus
    seasonal salad is always on the menu....
    My wife really loves to eat veggies so she changed the eating habits of our whole family...lol
    I also make sure the constant availability of different type of fresh fruits in our fridge...
