- Freshly cooked everyday
- Veggies 3 days a week
- White meat 2 days a week
- Red meat once a week
- Fast food only once a week
plus
seasonal salad is always on the menu....
My wife really loves to eat veggies so she changed the eating habits of our whole family...lol
I also make sure the constant availability of different type of fresh fruits in our fridge...
