Iced White Chocolate Mocha - How to Make a White Chocolate Frappuccino
Iced White Chocolate Mocha:
Learn how to make a white chocolate mocha frappuccino at home. This iced coffee drink is much better than any you can buy in a coffee shop!
INGREDIENTS LIST:
- 80 g (2.8 oz) of white chocolate
- 180 ml (6 oz) of whole milk
- 150 ml (5 oz) of whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 180 g (6.3 oz) of ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Chocolate chips for garnish
Method:
- Start by placing the milk and whipping cream in a small saucepan, then heat until just boiling.
- Pour over the white chocolate, add the vanilla extract and let sit for 1 minute.
- Stir until completely melted and smooth then refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- After that time, place the ice cubes, the chilled white chocolate mixture and the coffee into the blender.
- Put the lid on and blend for 30 seconds, then pour into a jar.
- Place a dollop of whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle with some chocolate chips, and serve immediately!
