Fried shrimp
Ebi Furai Recipe
Material:
15-20 tails fresh shrimp, wash clean, remove the skin leave the tail, remove dirt on the back with a toothpick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fish sauce
Panko flour to taste (I use Korean Dong Won brand)
2 eggs whipped off
Way:
- Coat the shrimp with the above ingredients except panko and egg powder. Allow 30 minutes.
- Pour bread into a clean plate, take 1 slice of shrimp, soak into egg whisk, spread evenly into the bread flour, lift and dip into the eggs, then paste into the bread, set aside.
- Repeat the same way for all shrimp. Enter into the freezer +/- 15min (can be stored in the freezer directly, at the time want to fry it out and let briefly at room temperature)
- Heat oil dipenggorengan, enter the shrimp, fry until golden yellow. Lift and ready to serve.
