What a beautiful meal. Using fresh ingredients along with spices always a winner. Your recipe is easy to follow but I do wonder how many know what" crème fraîche" is. I make my own using a video that chef "John" does on utube. Such a different taste than sour cream, tis wonderful!! I also love to prepare meals that others enjoy. I am older and just a home cook but love to teach the grandchildren my "secrets". I am new to Steemit and will continue to read and follow advise from others.
