Recently enjoyed these bad boys for the first time while traveling on a cruise in the South Pacific. Crisp and gooey soft at the same time - it was a kind of textural mind bender. This batch had a great hot spice rub added to them and lots os salt. Def needed the acidity from the lime to cut through. Highly recommended if you can find a place that does a half decent job on them
