Composition:
Rice – 100 gr.
Chicken liver – 300 gr.
Onion – 1 PC.
Flour – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Red wine – 50 gr.
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Onions clean, cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil to Golden color. Remove the onions from the pan.
2. Chicken liver thoroughly washed, cut into small oblong pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and black pepper. Roll them in the liver.
4. Fry the livers in the butter, where grilled onions 8-10 minutes, then reduce heat, add soy sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
5. At this time, carefully wash the rice, boil it in a small amount of water until tender.
6. To the liver first, add wine, simmer another 5 minutes, then tomato sauce, to simmer under the lid simmer for another 20 minutes.
