Beef steak (ribeye) – 350 g
Sunflower oil 1 tsp.
Tomato sauce
Salt, pepper
Iceberg lettuce
Method of preparation:
1. To get the meat out of the fridge half an hour before cooking to warm it to room temperature and wash it.
2. Press lightly on the steak across the grain, giving it form. RUB with salt, pepper and butter.
3. Fry on high heat each side for 2 minutes, then reduce heat to fry for 3-4 minutes each side.
4. Serve with a leaf of iceberg lettuce and tomato sauce.
