I suspect you traveled with your crawfish pot (every expatriated cajun I've met so far has) but I wonder if you traveled with crawfish traps too? Here in California we have crawfishes, but no one knows anything about trapping them. Or has traps. (Leads?)
I order mine from the Louisiana Crawfish company of Natchithoches LA. By way of full disclosure: I'm not Cajun or from Louisiana. I just have a passion for the cooking of southern LA. THX for commenting! 7-3's The Kid.
