Today I want to read some pictures of the cooking tutorials that I do every day. This, I have long wanted to display this post on this platform.
However, I still do not understand the procedures for making posts. But, my brother @boyasyie taught me yesterday. And now, I have begun to understand little by little. I am still very much to learn.
Hopefully my friends can understand it. Here are some pictures of side dishes that are very commonly tasted by the Acehnese as a traditional food menu, namely shrimp pepes.
Pepes is a very common food menu and is very leazat when mixed with rice during the daytime lunch.
This menu is also very simple in terms of concocting the ingredients so that it can produce a very delicious taste.
With a very dominant sour taste, the spicy taste can also be a magnet on the tongue and can even expel your saliva if you change the taste before.
Actually, pepes can also be made with fish other than shrimp such as anchovy which is very often used as one of the ingredients to make pepes.

- Starfruit acid that has been dried
- Pepper
- cayenne pepper

- Turmeric
