Burgers and healthy food – hardly these words can be put together in one row, but nevertheless Gordon Ramsay managed to make it. Today it will submit us the recipe of healthy house hamburgers with beet mashed potatoes. They will give necessary energy and nutrients. This product not necessarily has to be fat, you can check that will be its part.

WAY OF PREPARATION

Quantity of portions: 4

01 Place ground beef in a big bowl and season with salt and pepper, Add a smoked paprika, a pinch of the Cayenne pepper, the sauce Tabasco, Vustershirsky sauce and ketchup. Last summer we started having garden burgers and I've been making them since.
I put whatever veggies I have from the garden, or in winter, the fridge, and let them sit in salt for a while to soften. I like to use things like chopped peppers, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, whatever I have and feel like using.
I usually use 1/2 veggies, 1/2 hamburg.
Boy is this a delicious burger!
