I've only ever had slimy okra due to improper cooking. But pickled okra...that sounds amazing! I can just imagine biting into that tangy, crunchy deliciousness!
Mmmmm yes pickled okra gets wonderfully tender-crisp, and this pickling spice blend is very unique! It is one of our favorite okra preparations.
