Jalea de mango

Hola amigos de steemit!! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta deliciosa jalea de mango, fue un detallito que me mando mi papá lindo con mis hermanas, así coml cuando tienes fulll ganas de comerte un dulce y te sorprenden con esta delicia, bueno así mismo me pasó hoy, estaba antojada de algo dulce y rico y mi padre bello me mando mi pedazo de jalea, bueno lo que queda ya de ella jeje

Pero allí donde la ven lleva todo un procesoooo, ya que mi papá pasa horas haciendolas; primero pone a sancochar los mangos verdes, luego espera que se enfrie ,y comienza a quitarle la carnita, luego lo pasa por una tela de alambre finito para que no quede con los pelitos que trae el mango, lo coloca en un caldero y le va añadiendo la azúcar al gusto; y después comienza a menear con una paleta de madera hasta que le de el punto. Procede a colocarla en una bandeja refractaria la guarda en la nevera hasta el día siguiente para picarla y mandarle a su hijita bella jeje graciassss papiii😘

But where they see it takes a whole process, since my dad spends hours doing them; first he puts the green mangoes to parboil, then waits for it to cool, and begins to remove the carnita, then passes it through a finite wire cloth so that it does not remain with the little hairs that the mango brings, places it in a cauldron and goes adding sugar to taste; and then he starts to wiggle with a wooden pallet until he gets the point. Proceed to place it in a refractory tray, store it in the refrigerator until the next day to chop it and send it to your beautiful daughter jeje graciassss papiii😘
