Poulet Sauté

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts until evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
