Poulet aux Pruneaux

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 cup of Dried Prunes
  • 1 tablespoon of Thyme
  • 1/4 cup of Brandy
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side.
  4. Add butter, garlic, prunes, thyme, brandy, salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve with your favorite side dish.
