Poulet aux Pruneaux
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 1 cup of Dried Prunes
- 1 tablespoon of Thyme
- 1/4 cup of Brandy
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side.
- Add butter, garlic, prunes, thyme, brandy, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
