So much flavor packed into this Asian dish. The stinkier it is, the better it'll taste!

Tuna Soul Soup!
(not really a recipe)
The whole tunas are fried with peanut oil in the pot till lightly crispy. Take them out, then fry minced garlic cloves in the same pot. Add some more peanut oil if necessary. Once golden brown, pour in the water and let it boil. Then add half the tuna for flavoring.
Now add the rest of the ingredients.

Lemon grass, Thai chili pepper, Green jalapenos pepper, lime leaves, cilantro, green onion, Thai eggplant, lightly fried onions, salt, fish sauce, and special Cha Oms (stinky veggie that is sometimes referred to as "poop-smelling thorns"; don't swallow the whole thing, as the stems are usually tough like tree branches--only eat the leafy parts--it's finger food), and smoked Rattan Shoots (shoots from the heart of special palm trees that have been smoked; when boiled in water, they have a chewy bamboo-like texture)
Add the rest of the fish.

So much flavor in this! You're going to smell a lot of stuff too! Enjoy it with some sticky rice!
This is a winner for many Southeastern Asian countries. A lot of ingredients are put into the broth/soup base because most of the time, there isn't enough meat for everyone. For a soup to be truly good, one has to be able to enjoy a bowl of rice with the broth alone! Peppers are a must too!

This looks like the kind of dish my husband @cryptofunk would like-he'll have to get cooking!
