Fusion kitchen with mangos from our garden
Yesterday we spent most of the day to process our mangos from the garden. After chutneys in all variations and mousse, pies and cakes...and of course dehydrated mangos for yummie snacks I made a mango mayonnaise with chilis, blue cheese and cream cheese. It was a bit of spicy, sweet and very creamy and came together well with chicken and mushrooms in tempura and of course some veggies for the healthy part. Fried some thai asparagus with carrots, garlic and onions and spiced it with just a little bit of tamarind sauce....yeah it was a meal I could have every day....
i envy you, our mango tree stop giving out fruits and it's been years already. anyway, that's really one healthy meal you have there. it look so good 🤤😌
