Turkey Burger
Hey steem,
Today I had some turkey breast minute steaks so I made these turkey burgers. Here is my process for making em,
I started traying bacon on grease proof paper,
In under the grill until crispy.
I than drain and cool the bacon.
This is left over chilled turkey breast, chicken works bit better.
I shred the meat.
Dill Pickles and Shallots are shreded and chopped and added with mayonaise.
Mix well.Season
I than butter and grill the buns.
Sliced tomato.
Than i make em up with some nice coral letuce than meat mix tomato and bacon.
