A vegan recipes for sweets with sesame tahini - very nice, healthy biscuits without sugar. Sesame's Tahini is a truly healthy product with endlessly useful properties. Only one tablespoon of sesame tahini per day can provide 10-12% of the body's required amounts of iron, selenium and zinc. Magnesium content in the tails helps the condition of patients with asthma attacks relieving their symptoms.
Tahini stimulates heartbeat thanks to omega-3 fatty acids. They lower cholesterol levels and help treat cardiovascular disease as a result of inflammatory processes.

Products:
200 g of sesame tahini
250 g of honey
60 grams of raisins
100 g of raw sunflower seeds
200 g oatmeal
Rum
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Cloves
Preparation:
Raisins are soaked in rum for about half an hour. Sunflower seeds are ground or crushed.

The bowl mixes tahana, honey, sunflower, drained raisins, oatmeal, cinnamon and carnation.

Everything is messing up very well. A thick, sticky paste is obtained. I mix it with my hands or you can use a spoon.

The oven switches to 170 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Balls of the mixture are made, flattened and rolled into the pan.

25 biscuits came out to me. Bake in a heated oven at 170 degrees for about 12-14 minutes until the edges lightly brown. Remove them from the oven, leave them for 2-3 minutes in the pan and then sit on a grill until they are fully cooled.

Excellent honey cookies with nuts and aroma of cinnamon and cloves are obtained. Contrary to expectations, they are not hard at all, they are even soft. They can be a great substitute for healthy bars that are sold in stores.
