If you do not know - improvise. Recipe for artichokes with chestnuts
A week ago, we got stuck at home without any desire to go outside but with a great hunger. I managed to improvise with what was in the house and it came out excellent, to my surprise
Boil some artichoke bottoms
Fry in a pan some onions and crushed garlic and chestnut
Drain the artichokes and fill them with a mixture of onion and chestnuts
Cover with goat cheese and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 160 degrees
Easy to make and very tasty, great snacks for a movie night

I usually improvise. Even when I "follow" a recipe I improvise, I just use it to stimulate some ideas.
Which is why I don't bake. That method does not work with baking.
Quite right, I tried a couple of times to bake but failed, accuracy - that's where I fall
