I wanted to share my breakfast because it is made with yesterday left over
I planned a picnic for me and my girlfriend as a surprise to her and to take enough pictures to finish my entry to the #steemitculinarychallenge and this is one of the recipes I worked with :D you can check it out here
So this is something I am all about. Using leftovers or combine them into other meals. Or upgrading food to my like.
So since I love red onion and avocado, I had to add those to my omelet
Found some queso fresco around the fridge and I said It can not hurt!

Good to see that you can make awesome stuff from left overs. An omlette is a nice way to recycle some food from your storage.

yeah, I have come up with really good re-purposed leftovers hahaha. All the time! xD
Different that I hate seeing food go to waste. I just like playing with meals to see what I can get out of it lol
Same here! Nothing usually goes to waste here! Sometimes I even overeat to make sure it doesn't end up in the bin.....
