The Best Vegan Deep Dish Pizza!!

Hey guys! Happy Wednesday!

Before going vegan, Chicago-Style deep dish pizza used to be one of my favorite things before going vegan! It still is but now veganized! I’ve been wanting to veganize deep dish FOREEver and I’m so excited that I have! This deep-dish is cheesy, delectable, has a fluffy crust, and is 100% vegan! I made the pizza dough, topped it with some spinach (dem greens bro), vegan pepperoni, field roast, and vegan cheese! I can’t wait to make a veggie lover’s version of this next! Here’s the recipe down below!! (note: the vegcheese isn't completely melted in the photo bc I'm an idiot and thought it was considered melted!! dis a disgrace and to da human race so i put it back in the oven haha gg malika)

For the toppings you will need
•1 can marinara/pizza sauce
•1 vegan field roast sausage (I used the frankfurter)
•Vegan pepperoni
•spinach
•vegan cheese ( I used Daiya but get Violife if you find it it’s soooo much better)
•1 clove garlic
•olive oil for pan
•a pinch of rosemary for extra seasoning
•any other toppings of your choice (ex. tomatoes, zucchini, pepper, mushrooms, etc.)

1.  To prepare the dough, empty a packet of the yeast into a bowl with 1/4 cup of warm water (100-110 degrees). Add the sugar in and stir until the yeast dissolved.
2.  Add the yeast to the dry ingredients and add in the rest of the flour.
3.  Mix the ingredients until they become a dough-like consistency and put it in the fridge to rise for an hour.
4.  After the hour has passed, preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
5.  Grab a 9 inch pie pan or cast iron skillet and spread olive oil around the pan
6.  Put your dough on the pan and spread it out until it covers the whole pan including sides
7.  Now add the vegan pepperoni first on the bottom
8.  Add a layer of vegan cheese
9.  Add a layer of field roast
10. Add another layer of vegan cheese
11. Add the marinara sauce
12. Top it now with more vegan pepperoni, cheese and spinach
13. Now sprinkle the diced garlic and rosemary on top
14. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese has melted and dough has risen
15. After the pizza has baked, take it out of the oven and enjoy!
