The Best Low Carb Pizza!

This is a recipe made by my sister who you can find on Instagram (@mommalowcarb). If you have had cauliflower pizza just forget about it and try this. This is low carb pizza that actually tastes LIKE PIZZA! Let me know what you think!

Servings: 8
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 15 min

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup Mozzarella
¾ cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Basil, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Toppings:
½ cup Pizza Sauce
4 oz Italian Sausage, cooked
½ Bell Pepper, diced
10 Slices Pepperoni
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
Chopped Basil for Garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove and add the egg and seasonings.
  6. Mix until combined.
  7. Place the dough ball on a sheet of parchment paper and place another sheet on top.
  8. Using a rolling pin, roll out the crust to about ¼ inch thickness.
  9. Remove the top piece of paper and poke with a fork( this will help it not bubble and cook evenly).
  10. Put the crust on a baking sheet(bottom parchment paper still there) and bake until the crust browns.
  11. Remove the crust from the oven and top with toppings.
  12. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
  13. Remove and cut into slices and serve.
