Tart plums and dried fruit without sugar!
Hello friends today I will show a tart recipe !

ingredients:
For the dough:
100g flour
100g wholemeal
1pinch salt
125g butter fat,cold
For composition:
1kg plums,washed cleaned of seeds and chopped
200g plums
200g figs
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
50 ml white wine sweet or flavored alcohol(Armagnac,Calvados)
3 tablespoons ground nuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:1 . For the dough, rub cold diced butter with the flour and salt until it crumbles and you get a sandy texture. Add 3 tablespoons of cold water, put the dough between 2 pieces of cling film and shape it into a ball. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Toacă fructele uscate cubulețe și lasă-le să se înmoaie 30 minute cu zeama și coaja de lămâie, vinul și scorțișoara.
3.Run the furnace and allow it to warm to 170C. Stretch the dough chilled in a form of tart and prick it with a fork. Put a baking sheet over the dough with dried beans (not swollen) and bake for 10 minutes
4.Meanwhile, combine pieces of fresh plums with macerated dried fruits and nuts. Pour mixture into pan over the dough and bake cooled least about 50-70 minutes until the composition coagulates.
Serve cold or tread tart with vanilla ice cream or plain !!
