I loved your post! Great directions and followthrough. That burger looks so abso-freaking-lutely delicious, i think have gone a wee bit insane right now for want of a stilton burger!

i don't think my photos have done it the full justice either, surprising just how moist it was despite just intense cooking
I am going to eat the fuck out of the next burger i encounter!!!
And, i'm going to try your recipe. I have a beautiful cast iron pan -- and may consider getting the grilling type, i.e. with ridges, after reading your post.
