Venison steaks
Hello steemians,
To everyone who want to know how to prepare a fancy dinner for your ladies or friends, here is a tasty recipe easy enough to made at home.
Venison steaks and forest fruits
Lads it was absolutely insane!!
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
Butter
Salt
Black pepper
Sugar
Red wine
Bay leaf
Rosemary
Shallots
Garlic
Forrest fruits
Venison
Potatoes
Carrots
Parsnip
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake the potatoes and vegetables seasoned with salt black pepper and chopped rosemary at 180° for 30 minutes.
Cook in a pan the chopped Shallots with olive oil for a few minutes, add a splash of red wine and when starts to boil add the forest fruits, sugar and let it reduce.
Now blend it with some cold diced butter, sieve it and leave it aside.
Heat a pan with some olive oil and when is very hot place in the venison and cook for few minutes per side if you want your steak juicy and medium rare.
Ready to serve.

That's good. One thing you might consider to get started is a food truck. They are usually a low investment compared to a restaurant and it's something you could do on a day or two here and there while keeping your job. It will help get your foot in the door.
