#PASTA AGLIO, OLIO E PEPERONCINO
Hello Steemians 😁 when we talk about classics in Italy, pasta aglio olio e
peperoncino is a master! It's a poor dish but very popular and when is done properly it can surprise you with a great taste!
Now this is my version...
Start tossing the breadcrumbs with garlic, oil and salt. Cook it and leave it aside.
Put the pasta to boil in hot water with salt.
In the meantime that the pasta is cooking we are ready to start our "sauté"!
Start with a good olive oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and a pinch of chily oil, add the cherry tomatoes if you wish and cook for a few minutes with a little water from the pot.
Add some parsley and the pasta...
Mix it up and is ready to serve!!
Finish with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley and a touch of oil/chili oil and some parsley.
