First of all, let's start with the appetizers:

Eggs and salami - matched with an amazing cheese cake and a typical ''casatiello''.

Then we had an amazing ''coratella'' which is a dish composed by innards cooked with onion and artichokes, brought by my chef cousin.

First dish after the appetizers: Stracciatella.
Stracciatella is a Roman dish made by cooking beaten egg and parmisan, into a hot chicken broth. The consistency is very soft and for me it has the typical winter holidays flavour.

Then we had the famous ''lasagna'' with artichokes, which is absolutely fabulous

After we finished with the lasagna, there was a wonderful ''agnolotti'' dish, which is a kind of beef stuffed pasta, with spare ribs tomato souce.

Obviously the following is spare ribs and sausages cooked into tomato souce.

Then ''artichokes alla Romana'', cooked with garlic and mint.

Last salty dish of the day: delicious Baked Lamb

with delicious baked potatoes.

Then we started with the sweets: ''Colomba'' which is the typical Italian Easter cake with almonds

Another wonderful easter cake made with sugar and eggs

aaand another delicious cake called ''pastiera'' stuffed with sweet ricotta cheese and candids.

Chocolate Egg - the written means ''Happy Easter''

Last but not least: Passito di Pantelleria, which is an exquisite liquor from Pantelleria.
