Oh @artedellavita Tomorrow is the first day of spring and what do you know....it is presently snowing and we are expected to get 12"! Can you fricken believe it?!! This winter has been the worse for me physically and mentally. Oh yea, shaved Parm on top! YUM!

Yes I do! I have had asparagus only once in my life, cooked by someone else, and it is very good! I just have never got around to trying it on my own... I dont know why!

Tess I am partial to some gorgeous asparagus.I use the ice cube method too, to retain the greeness.I love to drizzle lots of hollondaise sauce on mine.Gives it that extra rich flavour with a yolky egg.Thanks for sharing your recipe👍🏼👌
