Healthy Baking Extravaganza

I often get tired of what I can buy to eat at a grocery story since it isn't healthy or it is just plain boring. So last night for three hours I spent time making my own foods for breakfast and snacks.

The Muffins are Oatmeal On the Go , so they are perfect for grabbing and eating on your way as I do all the time. They are dense but moist and if you get oatmeal that has a healthier mix of chia seeds etc it makes it more healthy than the recipe.

The Chocolate covered granola bars that I had cut but were still waiting to harden are made of quinoa and natural peanut butter and anything else you want to throw in.

And The Energy Bite Mix at the bottom which is supposed to be rolled into balls, but i made the mistake of substituting one ingredient, so it will instead be a flavourful topping for plain greek yogurt is make with quinoa, chia seeds, oatmeal, and hemp hearts.
