Doughnut with a diffrence
Icing sugar
Caster sugar
Flour
Yeast
Vanilla flavour
Cowbell milk
Egg
Colour
Dessicated coconut
Oil for frying
Sprinkles
First divide your yeast into two
Flour into two
Milk into two
Vanila into two
Take one part of yeast,flour and milk and mix till u have a smooth paste Pour in the second half of the flour into the batter
Pour in ur caster sugar
Dessicated coconut
Break your egg(Nb separate the egg white from the yoke ure using the egg yoke alone)
Add your remaining yeast
Add your vanilla and mix,mix very well ,if u pour the remaining half and your dough is still sticking,add more flour, mix and punch
Take 1 table spoon of butter and use it to mix your dough,
Too much butter makes your dough strong so use it in proportion
Allow to rise for 45min,depending on the amount of dough
After 45min roll your dough not too thin and not too fat,use a doughnut cutter to cut
After cutting arrange it in a tray allow it to rise for 10min then fry
In a pot pour your icing sugar,water, vanilla flavour and milk and boil just for everytin to dissolve,after that pour in your colour
And allow to chill for sometimes
Dip ur dough but inside the mixture and sprinkle the sprinkles
