Post 3. The Pho you should try in New York City.
Post 3.
Went to New York City for the weekend. I have seen videos about this particular restaurant that served Pho with beef ribs. So, I decided to check it out.
Pho, for people that never tried or heard of is a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, noodle, herbs and meat. Usually, cost about $6-$10 dollars. It really depends on the size and where you get it from.
This particular Pho is a "$20" dollar dish. It was sure worth it.
If you ever have a chance to go visit NYC, visit "Madame Vo". Had a chance to talk to the owner as well (very friendly guy) it was inspired from a Korean dish called "Galbi Tang". (I am very familiar with this dish since I am Korean).
So, after eating this dish, we had to check out some of the desserts around the area and came upon this.
It was a ice cream place where you add your own extras.
Near the end of the trip, one thing you must try is the pizza in New York.
Enjoy.
