Final outcome of my newest Maria bread! This is a gluten-free VEGAN sandwich bread! This bread is awesome and will be one of the bread in my fall and winter classes!

I shared photos with my French chef that taught me ten years ago and shared a slice with my mom and him, they BOTH loved it!

BIG COMPLIMENTS I LOVE! Now, to create a smoothie and enjoy some sun while my savory vegan creations for a Woman I appreciate, who is not vegan! I’m excited for her to taste!
