【和食】東京・麻布十番の「あん梅」。無添加高級手作り干物屋さんで焼魚定食を頂く！

以前こちらの記事で「あん梅」さんが経営する「あん梅 ぎん香」でお弁当を頂きました。この日はその本店でランチを頂きたいと思います。
さば塩焼定食に、西京焼き定食と定食メニューが充実しています。
塩焼定食がお得ですね。釣りののど黒ひもの定食はなんと8,800円もします。この日は銀だらを注文致しました。
銀だら西京焼定食 2,000円
あん梅というお店の名前のようにいい香りを漂わせた西京焼定食が運ばれて参りました。
油の乗った銀だら。
こちらを大盛に盛られた大根おろしと共に早速頂いています。
迸るような銀だらのジュシーな脂身が溢れだしてきます。焼き上げたばかりの銀だらは香ばしく身もふっくらとしており美味しいです。
釜で炊き上げたご飯もふっくらとそしてもっちりとしていてご飯の美味しさを再発見するかのようです。
小鉢は蒟蒻、人参の煮物です。
お野菜もついてきます。
お味噌汁。
美味しいご飯にお味噌汁は最高の組み合わせです。

The combination of grilled fish and rice is very delicious.
福岡に生まれ育ったくせに生魚はあまり好きではない。が！こんな干物がじっくり焼かれて出てきたらヨダレものですね。美味しいに間違いはないです。
何気にこっそり黒毛和牛が入っているメニューはちょっと笑いました。
美味しそうな干物も店頭で売っていて思わず買いたくなりますね！黒毛和牛・・・4,500円ランチは清水の舞台から飛び降りないといけないですね(;^_^A
