Fast and healthy cocktails for breakfast
Ingredients to choose from:
Fruit: Bananas (I give frozen - thanks to this the drink is cold and I never vaste bananas), raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, mango, melons, peaches, lemon, lime, dates
Milk:
soy, almond, rice, coconut (in carton, not that thick in a can), coconut water, natural Greek yogurt
Vegetables:
Cucumber, parsley, kale, spinach, avocado
Cereals and other additives:
millet flakes, oatmeal, wheat bran, rye bran, linseed, young barley, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cranberries
Preparation:
You throw in something from the list above to the mixer, mix and tasty! Below is one of my favorite combination. If you want, send me yours. My cocktails are thick, if you prefer rarer, add more milk.
spoon of honey
peanut butter
1/2 glass of milk
1/2 banana
3 tablespoons of millet flakes
