Special Chicken (For food lovers)
Hi dear steemians, may you all be safe and sound, i am gonna make something special and delicious for you_THE SPECIAL CHICKEN.
Ingredients

| Chicken | 1/2 kg |
| Tomatoes | 4 or 5 tomatoes |
| Olive Oil | 1/2 spoon |
| Ginger and Garlic (Chopped) | 2 tablespoon |
| Cumin (minced) | 1 teaspoon |
| Green Pepper (narrowly sliced and chopped) | 2 or 3 green pepper |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 teaspoon |
| sabat (whole)Coriander | 1 teaspoon |
| Ground garam masala(hot spice) | 1/2 tablespoon |
| Chopped Red Pepper | 1 teaspoon |
| Green Coriander | 1/2 ghuti |
| green pepper (whole) | 8 or 10 |
| Oil | 1 cup |
| Salt | according to your taste |
| bamboo shoot | 1 cane |
Instructions
- Put oil in a pan and then fry the chicken in it.
- When the chicken slightly changes its colour then add chopped ginger and garlic, bamboo shoots and green pepper.
- When green pepper starts getting soft and good smell then add tomatoes, ground black pepper, cumin, whole coriander, ground hot spice, chopped red pepper, and salt, and then cook it on high heat.
- When the spice starts releasing oil then add and mix narrowly sliced and chopped green coriander and green pepper (whole) in it.
- the dish is ready now.
