My first desserts / Mis primeros postres

Hola dulzuras, acá les traigo algunos de los postres que hago, espero los disfruten. Los primeros que quiero mostrarles son mis ponquesitos simples, me gusta hacerlos variados, de vainilla, chocolate o marmoleados. Me costó mucho hacer que quedaran bien, antes se me quemaban, no levantaban, era un caos total pero practique y encontré la receta que necesitaba y se adaptaba a los ingrediente que podía comprar.

Hi sweetness, here I bring you some of the desserts I make, I hope you enjoy them. The first ones that I want to show you are my simple cupcakes, I like to make them varied, of vanilla, chocolate or marbled. I had a hard time making them look good, before they burned, they did not get up, it was total chaos but I practiced and found the recipe I needed and adapted to the ingredients I could buy.

Ahora llegaron las galletas, son dulces, suaves y muy ricas. Me gusta variar con las diferentes formas y tamaños, y así obtener un resultado más llamativo. A todas mis amigas les encantan estas galletas y las suelo llevar a las reuniones que hacemos.

Now the cookies arrived, they are sweet, soft and very tasty. I like to vary with the different shapes and sizes, and thus obtain a more striking result. All my friends love these cookies and I usually take them to the meetings we do.

Mi mayor debilidad, los pies de limón, son lo mejor, lo dulce del merengue, junto con el ácido del relleno adicional lo crujiente y salado de la galleta hacen una combinación perfecta. Me dieron cualquier cantidad de problemas hacerlos, pero valieron el esfuerzo.

My biggest weakness, the lemon pie, it is the best, the sweetness of the meringue, together with the acid of the additional filling, the crunchy and salty of the biscuit make a perfect combination. They gave me any number of problems to make them, but they were worth the effort.

Y finalmente, llego la creatividad, estos son mis ponquesitos decorados, los hice para la tesis de una amiga, les encantaron y puse todo mi corazón. Como la mayoría de las cosas que hago, la primera vez me fue muy mal, se me derritieron porque el fondant no estaba totalmente endurecido cuando los pinte. Pero aprendí de mi error y logre superarlo. Y este fue el resultado final.

And finally, creativity came, these are my decorated cupcakes, I made them for a friend's thesis, they loved it and I put all my heart into it. Like most things I do, the first time I did very badly, they melted me because the fondant was not totally hardened when I painted them. But I learned from my mistake and I managed to overcome it. And this was the final result.
