natural yogurt 200 g
milk 200 ml

water 1.5 cups
sugar 6 tablespoons
starch 1.5 tbsp.
gelatin 1.25 tablespoons
citric acid 1/4 tsp.
soda 1/4 tsp

Peel the pear and cut into small pieces. In the saucepan, heat a small amount of water with sugar until golden brown, add a little more hot water to the resulting syrup. Pour the pear and boil until soft.

When ready to whip with a blender in a homogeneous mass. Whisk egg yolks with a mixer, add a pear syrup. Squirrels whip into a foam and pour the remaining syrup, continue to whisk.

Thickened cream with emerging bubbles removed from the fire. Mix a spoonful of gelatin in five tablespoons of water, allow to swell and add to the cream. Stir and cool, add yogurt, the rest of whipped proteins, mix. Put the cake on the bottom of the mold, pour the cream on top and put in the refrigerator.

Pears peel and cut in half. Boil a syrup of sugar and water in a sauté pan, heat until golden, add a little more hot water. Put the halves of the pears and cook for 10 minutes under the lid.

Five minutes later, after the beginning of warming, turn the fruit. Remove from syrup, cool. Fluid boil, add gelatin. Pears cut into thin plates and put on cake. Pour the syrup with the gelatin, again put into the refrigerator. Biscuit cake "Grushevo-caramel" is ready.
