Mousse "Lemon Delight"
Butter 110 g
sugar ¾ cups
lemon juice ½ cup
egg yolk 6 pcs.
lemon peel 3 tablespoons
water 2 tbsp.
gelatin 1 tsp
salt 1 pinch
for whipped cream:
cream fat 1.5 cups
sugar 2 tbsp.
Pour gelatin with water, let stand for 10 minutes.
Melt butter, remove from the plate, pour sugar, lemon zest, add salt, pour lemon juice, stir, add yolks, beat.
The mixture is heated on low heat, cook stirring until thickening, but not boil.
Put the gelatin, stir, give a good cool.
Beat up the sugar and cream until the strong peaks appear.
Half of the mixture gently mix with lemon mousse, spread out on kremankam, top lay the rest of the cream.
