Brownies without eggs
Today I will cook a delicious chocolate brownie without eggs.
200 ml of milk
180 g of sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
100 ml of vegetable oil
1 pinch of vanillin
1 hr baking powder
1 pinch of salt
160 g of flour
Mix milk, sugar and cocoa. Beat with a mixer.
Divide the resulting mass into 2 equal parts. We remove one part in the refrigerator.
To the second, add salt, baking powder, flour, vanillin and butter. Mix together well with a mixer.
We take the form for baking, we make parchment and put the dough on top. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
While preparing brownie, get the second part of the mixture of milk with cocoa and whisk. (we get the glaze). We get the baking from the oven, fill it with the resulting glaze and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
That's all, our lovely chocolate dessert is ready.
