Fish in Fried
Fish is healthy. It is rich with biomega and all the other nutrients there. The twist for this fish is it is fried, thus, is crispy. I think some breaded ingredients were added to it.
Of course this was deep fried, so lots of oil within the fish. Hopefully healthy oils were used, and fresh. It was also relatively served as warmed so that made it nice.
So the taste? It is so far good. It is like eating chicken because of the crispy effect it has. But when you get to the meat part, you realize you are eating healthy because its fish. The white part is fresh and it was really palatable. You will not feel guilty indulging because it is fish.
Of course, even if it was fried, it is still with the fishbones so there would be some mess management to do (also not to eat the bones). But in some cases, you might not be able to notice the fishbones because it is like included already in the crispy part. Still, just be careful to avoid choking.
It was also eaten with catsup so more flavors were added. Nice and crispy fish.... And healthy!!
