I am taking you today to a place right in the middle of one of the popular area in Bangkok.
FeatherStone
This place is located at Eakamai Soi 12
The concept of this place is See-Found-Tell from the founder's passion for traveling , exploring and collecting souvenirs from different destinations.
The Logo
Feather here represents Freely In Life which birds were used to deliver messages in previous times, leads to the word Tell.
Stone gives us the energy of exploring and to be Found.
The eye is for Seeing.
As you enter, there are 2 sides to be found.The right area is placed by the restaurant and on the left hand side is a antique/souvenir shop.
The whole cafe has about 40 seats with a private dining area for around 15 seats with a beautiful decoration of glass windows.
The place-mats here provides an explanation of ideas of the creation of this place.
I love the theme of this place especially this conner of butterflies. I have always had a fantasy of an after life as a butterfly. They are so beautiful and fragile.
The Food here are exceptionally good
They offer many different types of Green Salads which I love !!! Anything but a boring salad right ?!.
This is the traditional style of Onion Soup with bread and cheese on top.
Pork Chop With Grilled Vegetables comes with a rosemary smell and pepper sauce on the side which goes wonderfully with the grilled veggies and potato.
I would say that there are so many little cute conners at this place to be explored and it was a very lovely atmosphere to dine in. I felt like I wasn't in the middle of the city but in some exotic in door garden.

Now that is what I call a restaurant with character. Love the decorations and the story behind building such a restaurant. Such a gorgeous decorations all around the inside of the restaurant. It makes the dining there much more interesting. It is like you walked into a museum and not a restaurant.
