Whether you are gluten intolerant or not, this bread is healthy for anyone and tastes amazing. I like to eat it hot with a smothering of honey! 🍯

Right, let's get started...😊

• 1 tsp salt
• 0.5 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp xanthan gum
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  1. First prepare the yeast by adding lukewarm water to it and sugar. Stir and leave it for 7 minutes.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients into a bowl (tapioca and millet flour, salt, baking powder, xanthan gum, sugar).

  5. Take out a loaf pan and lightly grease it and place your dough into it, smoothing the top until it is level.

  6. Then cover your dough in the loaf tin for 45 minutes or until it is almost doubled in size.
  7. While it is rising, preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  8. Once the dough has risen, place it into your oven for 1 hour.
  9. After 1 hour, take out your loaf tin and let place it aside to cool down. When it has cooled you can remove it from the tin and enjoy! 😍

Looks good! Nice post.

It looks very tasty! My wife and I do not have a problem with gluten but we are considering getting away from white flour.

Would never hurt :)
