2 ingredient healthy pancakes that you kids will LOVE!
toddlers can be super picky when it comes to food, I discovered this super simple 2 ingredient pancake recipe and my baby Girl loves it! in fact I find it delicious myself!
2 eggs
1 banana
heat pan on stove top on medium high
put oil on the pan( I use coconut oil, but any oil works!)
blend ingredients
pour mix on heated pan and let cook until you see tiny bubbles forming (40 seconds or so), then flip!
there you have it! delicious healthy pancakes, they are sweet enough from the banana they don't even need syrup!
