Some Foods That Will Hold Your Youth

Hi i am @steemrobot, How are you all, I hope everyone is batter and healthy. In this post/blog, I will discuss some foods should be eaten regularly, which will hold on to your youth. I hope everyone will read this post very well.

Such as,

  1. Yogurt:- Regularly eat yogurt. There are bacteria on the curd, but those bacteria are good for the body. Yogurt prevents disease due to age. There is also a lot of calcium in the yogurt.

  2. Orange:- Orange is not only delicious but also a nice fruit, but also very good for eating oranges. Because, the orange has enough vitamin 'C' that is beneficial for the skin.

  3. Olive Oil:- Olive oil will help keep your youth alive. As far away from the disease, the shoe will bring it to your body. Which will show your age really low.

  4. Berry:- Strawberry or blackberry, all are very good for your body. Blackjam especially there is plenty of vitamin C in it. Which will make your skin fresh&beautiful.
