快到过年了，很多小店都歇业了。对于我们这些上班族吃个早饭都变得有些难度了。

连续吃了一个礼拜的手抓饼了！简单说说这个美食吧。

台湾手抓饼原名葱抓饼,外层金黄酥脆，内层柔软白嫩，一股葱油与面筋的香味扑鼻而来。搭配鸡蛋、猪肉、叉烧、香肠蔬菜等辅料，涂抹酱汁、辣酱、番茄沙司、甜辣酱、甜味沙拉酱等酱料，香酥可口，老少皆宜。

每次我都只加香肠、抹点辣椒，再撒上一些香菜叶。既清淡又不油腻！
