Home Made Mushroom curry recipe
Hi Steemians,
Just thought i should share this amazing yummy light meal i had for lunch today.
Mushroom creamy curry with coconut milk, green pepper & cashew nuts with a topping of Colliander served with steamed rice...
I know it doesn't look great but the taste was awesome.
I bet it was delicious, I am going to try to make something similar for dinner
Sure...may be you might prefer to have the curry with something else other than rice.
I actually love curry with the rice, my mouth is watering now for curry!
