Hello my lovely people!

I hope you are all having a great start of the year! I've had a nice start despite little busy with the bistro, but all fine! On the weather side, it has been raining for 3 consecutive days now and it is still falling right now when I am writing this post!

In such rainy weather, a nice bowl of steaming hot chicken dumplings with a tasty broth is the best food to have!!! Since the day I tasted dumplings for the first time, I just fell in love with them...they are so good!

In the bistro, we serve Steamed Chicken Dumplings too and let me show you some photos of them being prepared earlier today!
