Tapai Ketan
Ingredients:
1 liter of glutinous rice
5 pieces of yeast tape
A handful of sugar
Hot air
Food coloring
Step
Wash the sticky rice and then make it in the basin. Give a few drops of green coloring (me.pasta pandan) and add water until submerged all the sticky rice. Soak for approximately 2 hours
Drain the rice and prepare the steamer
Transfer glutinous rice into steamed water for about 25 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the sticky rice from the steamer. move into a basin and flush with hot water. For the hot water, I guess so it won't be soft. While stirring stirring.
Steam the sticky rice again for about 15 minutes.
Remove and remove sticky rice from the steamer and let it cool.
Mash the 5 pieces of yeast and sift on top of the cold rice that had been cooled earlier. Then give sugar. Mix well until mixed. Then move it into a jar that doesn't want to be complicated using leaves😊. Wait 3 days and 2 nights before you can eat.
