Food is part of culture and a way of life. When it comes to Ghana, there are various street foods that will make you lick your fingers but the king of night time street food is Kelewele.
Kelewele is a moderately chopped, spiced and deep fried ripe plantain which goes perfectly well with roasted or fried peanut with some fried chicken gizzard on the side. I couldn't resist the aroma with which the kelewele came with. I just had to stop and take a taste of it. But first, i had to capture the king of night time street food in its full glory with a friend's iPhone X. I got a pretty clean shot.
