Bún đậu mắm tôm is a simple dish and traditional food of North Vietnam.
It is the first time I have eaten Bún đậu mắm tôm. The sauce of Bún đậu mắm tôm has a heavy smell but that shouldn't be a reason which you give up this dish. As I saw, main ingredients include fresh rice noodles, yellow tofu with lemon and chilli and served with herbs such as basil, salads ... The sauce served with Bún đậu mắm tôm called "mắm tôm". Many peole can't eat it but you shound try. It's very cheap to enjoy the delicious food.There are many place in which serve Bún đậu mắm tôm in Vietname. If you visit my country, let's enjoy it.
